strength

Our STRENGTH class is an all levels class designed to build strength and stability. In this full body class you will experience traditional Pilates exercises to strengthen your core and improve stability, mixed with functional strength training exercises to increase strength and prepare you to move well in daily activities.

Cardio

This CARDIO class will increase your heart rate and boost strength and endurance. You will work in a mix of cardio and strength intervals that help to improve endurance and cardiovascular health, burn calories, and boost your metabolism. This class uses the jump board for joint-friendly jumping that increases bone density and coordination. A great class to add for a well-rounded fitness routine!

foundation

Our FOUNDATION class is great for anyone new to Pilates or who wants to focus on increasing resistance in stable exercises. You will experience traditional Pilates exercises mixed with functional strength training for full body strengthening. This class does not include any standing exercises on the reformer.

This is a slower class focused on stretching and mobility exercises. You will mobilize all major joints with a full body stretch and a focus on movement of the spine. This class is great for recovery and increasing flexibility. You will leave class feeling relaxed and stretchy!
